Birmingham Leaders Pre-Summit

The purpose of this Leadership Summit is to come together as church leaders and ministries within our city to begin the process of understanding how we can better work together across our diverse networks, to bring about a clear vision and strategy for the body of Christ across our city.

We therefore invite you to a leadership pre-summit on Thursday 30th June and the actual summit on the morning of Saturday 12th November. (The pre-summit brings together a diverse invited group to discuss what God is saying to His church in this city and prepare the way forward for the wider summit in November).

Some of the question we need to explore include:

1. How can we build better relationships together, across the racial and cultural divides and work effectively      together across the city?
2. How do we tackle the issues of race and racism that must be defeated if we are to model and show the world who Jesus really is?
3. How can we work together to fulfil the great commission and proclaim the gospel within our city?
4. How can we worship and pray together as a city?
5. How can we mobilise the Church (the body of Christ) to serve our city better?

Please join us on Thursday 30th June at Mount Zion Community Church, Aston, B6 4TN from 10am-2pm to begin the process of praying, sharing, and discerning the heart of God together.
